John Dorward
Mr. Dorward has over 25 years of experience in the mining and finance industries. Mr. Dorward was the CEO of Roxgold from 2012 to 2021. Prior to that role, he served as Vice-President - Business Development at Fronteer Gold Inc. and was an integral part of the team that sold the large Michelin uranium deposit, acquired AuEX Ventures Inc. and successfully advanced Fronteer's properties prior to its sale to Newmont Mining Corporation for $2.3 billion in 2011. Prior to his role at Fronteer, Mr. Dorward was the CFO of Mineral Deposits Limited from 2006 to 2009, where he was responsible for financing the construction of the Sabodala Gold Project in Senegal, West Africa. Mr. Dorward was previously CFO at Leviathan Resources Limited, an ASX-listed gold producer, prior to its acquisition in 2006. Prior to Leviathan Resources, Mr. Dorward was a senior executive at MPI Mines Limited, an ASX listed gold and nickel producer, prior to its acquisition by Lionore Mining Limited. He was a non-executive director of Pilot Gold Inc. from 2011 to 2015 and is currently a non-executive director of Contact Gold and Surge Copper.

Mr. McLaughlin is a geologist and founding member of Axcap Ventures, where he leads development initiatives. He has been instrumental in advancing the company’s flagship Converse Gold Project in Nevada and assembling a portfolio of high-quality U.S. gold assets.
With extensive experience in exploration, resource development, and project evaluation across North America, Mr. McLaughlin has worked on deposits from early-stage discovery through feasibility. His technical expertise and project-level leadership are central to Axcap’s strategy to unlock the full potential of large-scale gold systems like Converse.

• Previously at Pilot Gold, Centerra, Santa Fe Pacific and Gold Fields Mining.
• Led the discovery of 1.6 Moz gold grading 13 g/t at REN project on Nevada's Carlin Trend for Centerra - 62 Percent interest sold to Barrick - currently being mined by Nevada Gold Mines.
Oliver Lennox-King

Mr. Lennox-King was the Chairman of Roxgold Inc from 2012 until its acquisition by Fortuna Silver Mines Inc in July 2021. From 1992 he held executive and board positions with a number of junior exploration and mining companies. His most notable Chairmanships included Roxgold, Pangea Goldfields, Aurora Uranium and Fronteer Gold. Other directorships have included Southern Era Diamonds and Teranga Gold Limited.
Paul Criddle

Paul is a metallurgist with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as an Executive at Capricorn Metals in Western Australia. Previously COO for Roxgold, where Paul led the development of the high-grade underground Yaramoko Gold Mine in Burkina Faso and the Seguela Project in Ivory Coast before acquisition by Fortuna for $1.2Bn. Previously involved in building gold projects in Ghana, Senegal and Tanzania in a variety of executive and operational roles.
Tyron Breytenbach, P.Geo
Tyron Breytenbach, P.Geo
Mr. Breytenbach is a former equity analyst at Cormark Securities and Stifel Canada where he interacted extensively with the international investment community. Prior to joining Aris Mining in 2022, Mr. Breytenbach was a Managing Director in the investment banking group at Canada’s largest employee-owned dealer – Cormark. Prior to entering capital markets, Mr. Breytenbach spent a decade in the mining industry as a geologist where he specialized in exploration, resource estimation and grade control. Mr. Breytenbach holds a BSc (Honours) Degree from Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa and is a designated P.Geo. He started his career under the Anglo Platinum Scholarship Program and has extensive experience in the Bushveld Intrusive Complex (the largest repository of magmatic ore deposits globally).

Richard Colterjohn

Mr. Colterjohn has over 30 years of involvement in the mining sector, as an investment banker, director, and operator. Mr. Colterjohn served on several boards, including Mag Silver Corp. (2007 to 2019) and Roxgold (2012 to 2021). He is currently a non-executive director of Surge Copper Inc.
Mario Vetro
Mario Vetro
Mr. Vetro is an experienced investor and financier. He specializes in structuring and raising growth capital for resource companies. He is currently a partner at Vancouver based merchant bank, Commodity Partners, which co- founded TSX listed K92 Mining Inc. resulting in the renowned world class gold discovery and mining operation at Kainantu in Papua New Guinea. Mr. Vetro is a graduate of UBC with a major in Political Science.
